Roni is also the founder and CEO of Relay International Co., Ltd., which has a diverse portfolio ranging from retail franchising,
retail and wholesale distribution, global trade, brand consulting, and IT development.

In addition to serving as Red Mango Global’s Chief Culinary Advisor, Giorgio is founding partner of Linea D, a premium food and beverage consulting firm with operations in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
